Hey Phat Girlfriends!
Are you ready to get skinny? So, go get your meal plan together, determine your excercise routine and your camera clicking! January is around the corner and we need to get in shape for bathing suit shopping season.
Here are our participants so far:
Olivia: 31 years old, mother of two boys (17 mths & 4 yrs): I have chosen the Slim-Fast plan. The website said I could be 18 pounds lighter in 9 weeks. YeeHaw!
Carrie: 31 years old, mother of 1 boy (20 mths): Doctor said I still need to lose 20 pounds. I have chosen to count calories, eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise at least 5 times a week.

Hey, I’d like to join in. I’m Angi, mother of a 5 year old boy and almost 3 year old girl. I plan to do point counting a-la Weight Watchers. I won’t be starting until 1/2/08. (I’d like to be nice and rotund when I start-haha) Thanks to my possible torn meniscus, I will be sticking to walking only as my form of cardio. I plan to throw in some strength training as well.
